Internet Fax Providers

Updated March 2009. Internet Fax can save you time and money by reducing the ink and paper spent on traditional fax. It also reduces the time it takes to send a fax by up to 75%. Since Internet fax lets you get your faxes in your email you save again by being able to easily store, forward and read your faxes no matter where your are. It's like having your fax machine with you anywhere you have a pc. Sending faxes with Internet fax is as easy as sending and receiving email. The big question is which Internet Fax Provider should you use? We've counted at least 32 Internet fax services out there but we're sure we'll find more. RapidFAX has been around for almost 3 years now and is going strong. They are backed by EasyLink Services, a former AT&T company that practically invented Internet fax in the early 90’s. They have a great set of features and have upgrade paths to corporate packages which are second to none in support. Great prices with innovative packages. Callwave Internet fax offers a free trial and plans starting at only $9.95 a month. They have been around for quite a while but only recently did they start offering Outbound (the ability to send) fax. Their base package includes only 6 months of fax storage and a combined 150 in and 100 out pages but their Plus and Unlimited packages offer Unlimited Internet fax
